Omar Hassan, originally an international student that attended Saint Mary’s University to complete his Bachelor of Commerce degree, who now operates two businesses, employs more than 10 people and help other small businesses manage their finances. In addition to his entrepreneurial side, Omar is also currently getting designated to be a CPA while employed as a senior accountant. Although he might seem to have a busy work life, he always makes time for family, friends, sports and volunteer work to help him avoid the “burnout”.

The two businesses that Omar operates are both in the tourism industry. The Harbour Watercraft is a local watercraft rental and excursion business launched in summer 2018. The second business is Sea Halifax, which is a speed jet boat tours around the beautiful Halifax Waterfront.
