RBC Talent Hub Entrepreneurs-in-Residence
Meet Our Experts
As part of the RBC Talent Hub program, the Saint Mary’s University Entrepreneurship Centre hosts two rotating Entrepreneurs-in-Residence, giving Saint Mary’s University students access to some of Canada’s top entrepreneurs.
Our Entrepreneurs-in-Residence are experts in their field! They share their experience, giving students real-life knowledge through one-on-one mentoring, workshops and other events. The Entrepreneurs-in-Residence use their skills to coach both our students and the businesses that hire co-operative placements, helping to manage growth, provide human resource support for the new hires, and connect them to resources.

She is also the author of The Metronome Effect, a deep appreciation for the importance of teamwork, a lesson she was able to take from the field while playing on three varsity sports teams during her time at Saint Mary’s University, into the boardroom.
Today, Shannon coaches organizations (see ShannonSusko.com) to invest in their people to achieve results. And the same get-up-and-go that made Shannon successful in athletics has enabled her to be an effective serial entrepreneur.
